Removing Engine Mount In Front Of Bulkhead With Wheel Arch

- Release bonded rivet connections in the areas (1) and (2).
- Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in area (1).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION

- Release bonded rivet connections in the areas (1).
- Mark severance cut (1) according to schematic diagram and disconnect.
- Remove engine mount and wheel arch (2).
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Unscrew the self-tapping screws and bonded connection in area (2).
- Remove reinforcement (3).
- (1) Mark severance cut () as pictured and cut. Detach the engine mount in sections.
- Unscrew the self-tapping screw and bonded connection in the area (2).
- Loosen the bonded rivet connections in the areas (3) partially with the belt sander.
- Unscrew the self-tapping screws and bonded connections in the areas (1). Remove the engine mount (2).
