Right/left-hand traffic - measures for avoiding blinding glare of headlights (M5 2018-2022)

When crossing a beading into a country in which vehicles drive on the other side of the road than in the country of registration, perform a changeover via iDrive:

Vehicle settings
Light
Exterior lighting
Right/left-hand traffic

NOTE:

Vehicles with Adaptive Lights must not be driven with the "Automatic headlight control" setting enabled after the above changeover has been performed, otherwise the Adaptive Lights could glare oncoming traffic.
