Detaching rear axle

NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

Remove thrust arm 

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE 
Damage to components on the rear axle. 
Removing both thrust arms simultaneously may lead to serious damage to the rear axle. 
  • Only remove or replace thrust arms individually.
  • When lowering or removing the rear axle: Support the rear axle support before both thrust arms are removed.
