Removing front lower strap

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean all threaded belt connections with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength.
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT SEAT .
- Loosen the connector housing (1).
- Unclip the connector (2) from the connector housing (1).
- Loosen the cable clip (1).
- Remove the cable (2).
- Loosen the cable clip (1).
- Loosen screw (2).
- Fold the lower strap (3) towards the rear and remove it from this area (4).
