Installing the sealing sleeve for the transmission housing

- Make sure that the lug (1) of the sealing sleeve is not damaged during re-installation.
- Replace the sealing rings (1) of the sealing sleeves during re-installation.
Parts: Sealing ring
- Lightly place the sealing sleeve (1) in arrow direction with the lug in the inner surface.
- Turn the sealing sleeve (1) until the lug is inserted in the groove of the transmission.
- Slide in sealing sleeve (1) up to the stop.
The lug on the sealing sleeve (1) must not be damaged!
- Remove the special tool 0 494 213 (24 2 390) .
- Lock the slide (2).
- Position and tighten the screw (1).
- Replace screw.

- Slide connector (1) in the arrow direction and lock it by turning it.
