Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON THE RIGHT DASHBOARD .
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock the detent (4) in the direction of the arrow.
- Pull the switch for front passenger airbag deactivation (2) out from the side cover (3) of the instrument panel in the arrow direction.
