Mounting the engine to the engine support bracket

- Get the set of special tools 0 495 187 (00 2 300)
ready.
Number Description 1 Assembly jig 2 Flange 3 Crank 4 cover panel 5 shelf 6 Rear shaped part 7 Collecting vessel 8 Front shaped part 9 Front wheel 10 Rear wheel with stop 11 Rubber mat - Position the mount 0 496 370 (11 8 930) (3) on the assembly jig (2).
- Fasten the mount 0 496 370 (11 8 930) (3) with screws (1).
- Tighten down screws (1).
- Position the engine (2) with a workshop crane (1) and special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020)
on the engine support bracket.
- Position the mount 0 496 370 (11 8 930) on the engine (2).
- Secure the mount 0 496 370 (11 8 930)
with screws (1).
M10x35 8.8 screws must be used.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Mount M10x35 Screw M10x35 8.8 Tightening torque 49 Nm - Fasten the mount 0 496 370 (11 8 930)
(3) with screws (2).
The use of M8x35 8.8 screws is required.
- Tighten down screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Mount M8x35 Screw M8x35 8.8 Tightening torque 25 Nm - The engine (2) must be secured to the engine support bracket.
- Detach the special tool 0 490 567 (11 0 020) on the engine mounting brackets (3).
- Remove the workshop crane (1) with the special tool from the working area.
