Fasten air conditioning compressor

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Secure component against falling.
Secure component against falling.
- Connect plug connection (1)
and lock.
- Position the refrigerant lines (2) on the air conditioning compressor (3) .
- Tighten down screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line on air conditioning compressor M8 tightening torque 19 Nm - Guide the bearing support (1) in from below and apply correctly at the crankcase (3) .
- Tighten screws (2)
on the bearing support (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Air conditioning compressor bearing bracket to crankcase Screw tightening torque 25 Nm - Correctly position the air conditioning compressor (2) .

on the air conditioning compressor (2)
.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Air conditioning compressor to holder/engine M8 tightening torque 22 Nm - Tighten screw (1)
as shown.TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Air conditioning compressor to holder/engine M8 tightening torque 22 Nm - Clip the transmission oil thermostat (1) downwards into the decoupling elements (2) on the front axle support.
