Adjust the steering column position

Difficult removal of the steering column in the lower and maximum extended position.
If removal of the steering column is part of these repair instructions, bring the steering column back into a centrally retracted position after removing the steering column shroud upper section.

- Adjust the steering column in arrow direction (1) to the maximum length.
- Move the steering column to the lowest steering column position in the arrow direction (2).
