Remove lower wishbone

Perform wheel alignment after installation.

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT LEFT WHEEL .
Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE STEERING ASSEMBLY .

Unfasten nut (1).
Remove the screw (2).

Unfasten nut (1).
Loosen wishbone (2) from the swivel bearing with the wheel guide joint upwards in direction of arrow.

Unfasten nut (1).

NOTE: Counter support on the Torx socket of the wheel guide joint (2).

Remove the wheel guide joint (2) from the wishbone.
