Install top wishbone

Replace the clip nut (1) of the rear screw connection of the upper wishbone on the body.

Position the upper wishbone (3).
Replace screws (1) and (2).

Pull the suspension strut slightly out and install the screws (1) and (2).

Replace nut (1).
Parts: Nut
Hand-tighten the nut (1) of the front screw connection on the upper wishbone on the shock tower in the engine compartment.

Set the normal position of the upper wishbone (1).

Vertically adjust the rear lower edge of the upper wishbone (1) for the body to dimension (A).
- Dimension (A) = 12 cm

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Tighten the screw connection in the NORMAL POSITION .

Tighten the screw (1) of the wishbone at the top (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Upper wishbone to body
M10 Replace screw and nut.	tightening torque	54 Nm

Tighten nut (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Upper wishbone to body
M10 Replace screw and nut.	tightening torque	54 Nm

Position the wishbone pin (4) at the top in the hole of the swivel bearing (3).
Replace the screw (2) and the nut (1).
Parts: Screw, nut
Install the bolt (2).
Tighten the screw connection via the nut (1).

Upper wishbone to swivel bearing
M10 Replace screw and nut. Tightening via nut.	Tightening torque	56 Nm

Position jointed rod (2) on upper wishbone.
Tighten nut (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Jointed rod ride height sensor on wishbone
M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

Lower the universal jack and put it away.
Remove special tool 2 358 630 .
