Removing the spring strut holder on left and right

NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
Loosen the output shaft from the wheel bearing
- Press brake pedal.
- Loosen the collar screw (1) .
The output shaft is released from the wheel bearing.
Releasing the upper wishbone from the swivel bearing
- Loosen nut (1) .
- Pull out screw (2) .
- Release the upper wishbone (4) from the swivel bearing (3) .
Secure the swivel bearing
- Fix the swivel bearing (1) to the body using special tool 2 413 317 in such a way as to prevent it from tipping outwards.
Do not allow the swivel bearing (1) to hang down from the brake hose!
Removing the spring strut holder
- Loosen nut (1) .
- Remove the bolt (2)

- Loosen nut (1)
.NOTE: Counter-hold at the Torx socket.
- Release the anti-roll bar link (2)
from the spring strut holder.
- Release the screw (2)
from the spring strut holder (1)
.NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Failure to comply with the specification.
Component damage.- All specifications must be observed and complied with.
- Expand spring strut holder (1) with special tool 2 414 636 .
- Protecting the output shaft from damage with a towel is mandatory (2)

- Feed out and remove the spring strut holder (1) downward.
