Removing both left VANOS adjusters

Remove the slide rail of cylinder bank 2 (remove/install/replace the VANOS adjusters)

Loosen screw (1) .
Loosen screw (2) .
Remove the slide rail of cylinder bank 2 (3) .

Loosen the VANOS central valve (1) .
Make sure the exhaust camshaft adjuster and the intake camshaft adjuster are not pulled off of the camshafts.
Remove the VANOS central valves (1) .

Feed out and remove the VANOS adjusters (1) .
