Installing the left and right charge air cooler (engine removed)

First guide down charge air cooler (2) and position it.
Replace hose with clamps (2) .
Parts: Hose, clamps

Tighten hose clamp (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

hose	Tightening torque	3.5 Nm

Connect hose (2) .
Retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.

Engage the holder (2) on the charge air cooler.

Tighten down screw (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Charge air cooler top
M6x30 screw	Tightening torque	10 Nm

Connect the line (1) and lock.

Position holder (3) .

Tighten down screw (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Charge air cooler bottom
M6x18 screw	Tightening torque	10 Nm

Replace the hose.
Parts: Hose

Tighten the hose clamp (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Slide the hose (2) onto the stud of the charge air cooler.
Replace hose clamp with hose.
Parts: Hose clamps and hose
Tighten the hose clamp (1) .
Thread in the hose (3) in the holder on the charge air cooler.

Attach the coolant lines (2) .
Retaining clip (1) must engage audibly.

Position the cable in the cable bracket (2) and lock.
Connect and lock the plug connections (1) .

First, insert the charge air cooler (1) on the bottom and position. hose

Replace the hose and clamps (1) .

Position the connecting plate of the charge air cooler (2) .

Tighten down screws (1) .

Installing oil filler neck

Replace the sealing ring (2) on the oil filler neck (1) .
Parts: Sealing ring
Coat the sealing ring (2) with the recommended engine oil.
