Converting the production date

Precondition 

A production date and no expiration date is printed on the gas pressure springs for hood.

If an expiration date is printed: Continue with step 3.

• The production date (2) has the format (days/year).
• The production date must be converted to the (month/year) format.
• For the conversion, it is necessary to first determine whether the printed year is a leap year.
