Attaching the wheel speed sensor

Clean the bore for the wheel speed sensor and grease it with lubricating grease (see applicable BMW parts catalogue).

Lubricating grease Staburags NBU 12K

100 g, Tube

83 23 9 407 810

Position the wheel speed sensor on the wheel carrier.
Replace the screw (2) .
Parts: Screw

Tighten down screw (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Rear wheel speed sensor on wheel carrier
Replace screw.	tightening torque	12 Nm

Hook the cable of the wheel speed sensor into the holder (1) .
