Reinforcement Cross Brace: Removal

If applicable, unscrew and remove splash guard. See 51 11 000 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPLETE FRONT BUMPER (FROM 10/01) .
Unscrew bolts (1, 2) and remove cross brace. See Fig 1.
If necessary, bend heat shield away from reinforcement.
