Build status up to 03/2003:

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove left headlight (xenon headlight). Refer to 63 12 005 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT HEADLIGHT (XENON HEADLIGHT) .
Remove left headlight insert (xenon headlight). Refer to 67 16 011 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LEFT HEADLIGHT VERTICAL AIM ADJUSTER (XENON HEADLIGHT) .

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Loosen screws (2).

Remove xenon headlight for xenon headlight (3).
