Removal & Installation (V12)

CAUTION: Incorrectly connecting knock sensor connectors may cause engine damage. Ensure line routing and plug connections match original routing.

Turn ignition off. Remove appropriate intake manifold to access knock sensor. To remove knock sensor, remove bolt in center of sensor. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . To install, reverse removal procedure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
