Removal & Installation (V12)

Turn ignition off. Disconnect batteries. Remove engine cover. To remove throttle body for cylinders 7-12, remove suction hose from throttle body. Disconnect electrical connector. Remove bolts. Remove bracket with positive battery terminal. Remove hose clamp and withdraw hose. Remove hose. If installed, remove faulty air valve. To remove throttle body on cylinders 1-6, remove suction hose on throttle body. Disconnect electrical connector. Remove bolts. Remove hose clip and remove hose. See Fig 1-Fig 4 . Remove air relief valve. To install, reverse removal procedure. Replace gasket, fuel hose to tank vent valve, and hose clips.
