Removal & Installation (3-Series - E46)

Remove right rear wheel and right rear wheel arch. Unfasten plastic nut. Unfasten hose clip and remove hose. Tilt expansion tank forward at bottom. See Fig 1. Release hose clip and disconnect hose. Release hose clip and disconnect hose. Remove expansion tank. See Fig 2. To install, reverse removal procedure.
