Preparing the diagnostic system

Precondition 

• Intake filter housing or upper section of intake filter housing is removed.

• Start the diagnostic system: 
  • Power train
  • Digital Diesel Electronics/Engine electronics
  • Air supply
  • Charging pressure control system or perception of lack of power
