Installing the engine oil cooler

• Replace the sealing rings (1) from the lines (2).

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Guide in and install the engine oil cooler (2).
• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Engine oil cooler on bumper bracket
  M6X25	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect the lines (2).
• Tighten nuts (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Lines on engine oil cooler
  Nut M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Replace the rivet (1).

  Parts:  Rivet

• Install and rivet the damper (2).

• Tighten down screw (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Line clip on engine oil cooler
  Hexagon screw for thermoplastic	tightening torque	3 Nm

• Tighten down screws (1).
