Removing transmission oil cooler
Preliminary work

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Collect and dispose of emerging fluids. Observe country-specific waste disposal regulations.

- Loosen screws (1).
- Unlock the lock (1) in arrow direction with a standard screwdriver (2).
- Feed the cover (3) out to the bottom and remove.
- For better accessibility:
Tilt and position the cooling module (1) in the arrow direction.
- Unlock lock (1).
- Guide the stone chip guard (2) in direction of arrow out of the brackets (3) and remove.
- Tilt and hold the cooling module (1) for a better accessibility in the arrow direction.
- Unlock the transmission oil line (1) at right and disconnect from transmission oil cooler (3).
- Catch and dispose of escaping transmission oil.
- Unlock the transmission oil line (2) at left and disconnect from the transmission oil cooler (3).
- Catch and dispose of escaping transmission oil.
- Unlock lock (1).
- Feed out the transmission oil cooler (2) from the bracket (3) in direction of the arrow and set it aside.
- Feed out the transmission oil cooler (1) from the holder (2) and the transmission oil line (3) in the direction of the arrow.
- Feed out the transmission oil cooler (1) in arrow direction and remove.
