Installing the left front external radiator
NOTE:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Check the rubber mount (1) for correct fit on the holder (2).NOTE: Description is for right component only.

- Version A:
- Insert the external radiator (4) in arrow direction into the lower rubber mounts and install it.
- Tighten down screw (3).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Air duct for the external radiator on the holder Screw tightening torque 2.5 Nm - Tighten down screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Cross-member on crash reinforcement Screw tightening torque 19 Nm - Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).
Coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.
- Remove the standard disconnection tool (arrows).
- Version B:
- Insert the external radiator (4) in arrow direction into the lower rubber mounts and install it.
- Tighten down screw (3).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Air duct for the external radiator on the holder Screw tightening torque 2.5 Nm - Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
External radiator to holder M6 Tightening torque 11.8 Nm - Connect and lock the coolant lines (1).
Coolant lines (1) must engage audibly.
- Remove the standard disconnection tool (arrows).
