Installing The Tailgate

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Mechanical effects .
Paint damage .

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Fit the tailgate and tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Tailgate hinge on trunk lid
Hexagon screw	Tightening torque	28 Nm

Feed the wiring harness (1) into the tailgate.
Connect and lock all connectors of the wiring harness (1).
