Removing The Rear Left Side Panel

Mark the separating cut (1) at the C-pillar according to the dimensions and cut. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 95 mm from the corner point of the roof outer skin
Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.

Determine position of the separating cut in addition to the dimensions with the aid of a template (1).

Dimension (a) = 150 mm
Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.

Mark a separating cut (1) on the door sill according to dimension and disconnect it. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 184 mm from the center point of the hole with Ø 25 mm.
Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.

Release welded connections in areas (1) to (3).

Detach the folded bonded joints in area (4).
