NOTE:
Perform the steps on the left and right side.
- Mark the separating cut (1) on the new part to match the separating cut (2) on the vehicle + a material allowance of about 15 - 20 mm and carry out the cut.
- Prepare the areas (1) on the new part and on the body for joining using the bonded rivet method.
- Prepare the areas (1) on the new part and on the body for joining using the bonded rivet method.
- Adjust the new part in combination with tailgate and tail lights and secure.
- Areas (1) to (3): Make bores of Ø 4.2 mm for the blind rivet.
Area Number 1 16 2 2 3 2 - Areas (1) to (3): Make bores of Ø 4.2 mm for the blind rivet.
Area Number 1 18 2 2 3 2 - Remove new part and deburr holes.
