Preparing New Part

Carry out the severance cuts on the new parts according to the severance cut on the vehicle.
Remove unnecessary components from new part.
Adjust new parts with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure.
Prepare areas (1) for joining by welding.

Additional steps when installing the side panel:
Mark and perform the separating cuts on the side panel new part in the roof frame area in accordance with separating cuts on the vehicle.

Make a reinforcement plate for the separating cut on the roof frame.
Adjust the side panel new part.
Prepare the separating cut (1), the reinforcement plate and the (2) areas for joining by welding.
NOTE: The original separating cuts (3) are not necessary if the side panel is replaced.
