- Remove adhesive residue from the flange surfaces.
- Adjust new parts with an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding of steel on aluminum with blind rivets.

- Transfer the hole pattern of the engine mount (1) to the new part in area (2). Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.
- Prepare areas (1) and (2) for structural adhesive bonding with blind rivets of aluminum on aluminum.
- In area (1), transfer the positions of the holes from the engine mount to the spring support. Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.

- Copy the hole patterns from the engine mount to the spring support in areas (2). Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding with blind rivets of aluminum on steel.
- Transfer the hole positions from the wheelhouse to the spring support in area (1). Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding with blind rivets of aluminum on steel.
- Transfer the hole positions from the engine compartment bulkhead to the spring support in area (1). Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.
- Prepare areas (1) for structural adhesive bonding with blind rivets of aluminum on steel.
- Transfer the hole positions from the wheelhouse to the spring support in area (1). Drill out holes to dia. 6.8 mm.
- Prepare areas (1) for structural adhesive bonding with blind rivets of steel on steel.
- In the areas (1), drill 7 holes Ø 6.8 mm according to the schematic diagram. Choose the position and number of rivet holes according to the punch rivet connections on the serial components.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding of steel on aluminum with blind rivets.
- In the area (1), drill 3 holes Ø 6.8 mm according to the schematic. Choose the position and number of rivet holes according to the punch rivet connections on the serial components.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding of steel on aluminum with blind rivets.
- In the area (1), drill 2 holes Ø 6.8 mm according to the schematic. Choose the position and number of rivet holes according to the punch rivet connections on the serial components.
- Prepare areas (1) and (2) for structural adhesive bonding with punch rivets of steel on steel.
- Prepare area (1) for structural adhesive bonding of steel on aluminum with blind rivets.
- In the area (1), drill 21 holes Ø 6.8 mm according to the schematic. Choose the position and number of rivet holes according to the punch rivet connections on the serial components.
- Do not drill any blind rivet holds in area (2). Note the joining with punch rivets in the area (2).
- Prepare the area of the recess (1) for joining with 2 x spot-welding.
Note the adhesive bonding in the area (2).
- Make separating cut (1) on new part in accordance with separating cut on vehicle.

- Prepare a reinforcement plate (1) for the separating cut (2).
Prepare separating cut (1) and reinforcement plate (2) for joining by welding.
- Prepare areas (3) for joining by welding.
- Prepare the area of the recess (4) for joining with 2 x spot-welding.
Note the adhesive bonding in the area (5).
- Prepare a reinforcement plate (1) for the separating cut (2).
Prepare separating cut (1) and reinforcement plate (2) for joining by welding.
- Prepare areas (3) for joining by welding.
- Prepare the recesses (4) for joining with 2 x spot-welding.
Note the adhesive bonding in the area (5).
- Position the holder (1) for the brake hose in the wheel arch.
Prepare area (2) for structural adhesive bonding of aluminum on aluminum with blind rivets.
- In the area (1), drill 2 holes Ø 6.8 mm according to the schematic.
- Remove the new parts and deburr the bores.
Check ground pins and replace if necessary
