Preclean all bonding surfaces with solvent cleaner R2.

Clean all bonding surfaces with solvent cleaner R1.
CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Cleaning agent R1 100 ml, Bottle 83192211217

Apply adhesive K1 to bonding surfaces.
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATION

Body adhesive K1 195 ml 83190413015

Install the new parts with an alignment bracket or a universal mount.
During installation, ensure that sufficient adhesive has been applied to all bonding surfaces.
Rivet the new part in the areas (1) and (2) with blind rivets N2.

Clean all bonding surfaces with solvent cleaners R2 and R1.
Apply adhesive K1 to bonding surfaces.
Join the new parts and rivet the in the areas (1) with blind rivets N1.

Install the new parts and rivet them with blind rivets N1 in the area (1).

Clean the bonding surface (1) with solvent cleaners R2 and R1.
Apply adhesive K1 to the bonding surface (1).
Apply sealant D1 to the cavity sealing (2).

Install the new part and rivet it in the areas (1) and (2) with punch rivets N4.

In the bonding surface (1), set 3 punch rivets N4 according to the illustration.

Install the reinforcement plates (2) and attach by welding.

Install the new part section and weld it in the areas (1) through (3).
When doing so, pay attention to the adhesive area (4) of the aluminum spring support. Avoid high heat input in the adhesive area.

Clean the bonding surface (2) with solvent cleaners R2 and R1.
Apply adhesive K1 to the bonding surface (2).
Attach the bracket (1) and rivet it with blind rivets N1.
