Removing Engine Mount In Front Of Bulkhead With Wheel Arch

• Make the separating cut (1) according to the schematic diagram. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.
• Loosen welded connections in areas (2).

• Release the spot-welded adhesive joints in the area (3) and remove the carrier support section.
• Release welded connections in areas (1).

• Open bonded rivet connections in area (1).

• Loosen the bonded rivet connection joints in the areas (1).

• Mark the rough severance cut (1) according to the schematic diagram and cut.
• Remove the wheel arch (2) along with the engine mount section (3).

• Loosen welded connections in areas (1).

• Loosen self-tapping screws and bonded connection in area (2).
• Remove reinforcement (3).

• Perform a separating cut (1) according to the diagram and disconnect the engine mount (2) section by section.
• Loosen the bonded rivet connection joints in the areas (3).
