Replacing the emergency battery for the telematics control module

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Fold the headlining.
Damage to the headlining. If necessary, the headlining must be replaced.

Carry out tasks with a second person to assist.
Support the headlining at the front and back.

Preliminary work

Refer to TRIM OF THE 3RD BRAKE LIGHT .
Refer to PARTIALLY LOWERING THE HEADLINING .

Unlock and open battery compartment (1) on telematic control unit (2).

Feed the emergency battery (1) out of the battery compartment and replace it.
