Prepare for the installation of the brake booster
- Check the retaining lugs of the holding clip (1)
in the marked area (2)
for damage and replace the holding clip where required.
- In all the G2x vehicles with automatic transmission:
Before installing the new holding clip, press ball socket (1) into holding clip (2) .
Ball socket (1) must engage perceptibly.
- Replace the gasket (1)
on the brake booster.

- Thoroughly clean the sealing surfaces on the brake booster and on the firewall.
