Installing The Outer Wheel Arch Section With The Reinforcement

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Use only approved spot welder for repair.

Install new part of outer wheel arch section and weld in area (1).

Weld the new part in areas from (1) to (3).
In this process, avoid excessively high heat input in the adjacent adhesive area (arrows).

Install the new parts and weld them in areas from (1) to (4).
In area (4), prepare the spot welding for the production spot-welds of the underlying components. Avoid excessive application of heat.
