Remove front door trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE MIRROR TRIANGLE COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM OF THE DOOR HANDLE .
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Loosen screws (2)

- Unclip the door trim panel (1)
with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325)
on the clips (2)
.
- Detach the Bowden cable of the door opener (1) on the counter support (2) .
- Detach the Bowden cable of the door opener (1)
on the door lock (3)
.
- Disengage the detents of the door wiring harness (1) .
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connections of the door wiring harness (1) .
- Remove door trim panel (2) .
