Installing the clean air pipe for cylinders 4-6

• Check seal (1) for damage and replace seal (1) as needed.

  Replacing the damaged seal 

• Remove damaged seal.
• Clean the gasket groove (1) with a dry cloth.

  The gasket groove (1) must be clean.

• Replace gasket.

• Install the seal dry without lubricant or mounting agent.

• Thread in seal and install.
• Make sure that the seal is installed correctly in the gasket groove (1).
• Make sure that the sealing lip (2) is directed to the inside as shown.

• Feed in clean air pipe 4-6 (1) and install.

• Detach locks (1) from the holders in the arrow direction.

• Feed in clean air pipe for cylinders 4-6 (2) and connect.
• Tighten clamp (1).

• Make sure that the clamp (1) locks audibly.
