Replacing the LED module on the center console

Preliminary work 

• Refer to DEACTIVATING VEHICLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
• Refer to REMOVING THE REAR CENTER CONSOLE TRIM .
• Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER ARMREST STORAGE COMPARTMENT .
• Refer to REMOVING CENTER ARMREST .
• Refer to REMOVING THE SPEAKER TRIM AT THE DASHBOARD .
• Refer to REMOVING CENTRAL INFORMATION DISPLAY (CID) .
• Refer to REMOVING CUP HOLDER .
• Refer to REMOVING THE WIRELESS CHARGING STORAGE .
• Refer to REMOVING THE CENTER STACK MODULE .
• Refer to REMOVING THE LED MODULE ON THE CENTER CONSOLE .

• Release the locking mechanism (1)  and thread the LED module together with the fiber optic cable (2)  out of the bracket (3)  .

• Expand the guides of the LED module (1)  and remove the LED module from the fiber optic cable (2)  .

• Replace the LED module (2)  .

  Parts:  LED module

• Correctly position the LED module (2)  and attach it to the fiber optic cable (1)  .

• Insert the LED module with fiber optic cable (2)  in the holder (3)  and snap into the lock (1)  .
