Remove adapter

- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR HEAT SHIELD .
- Refer to RELEASING THE PROP SHAFT FROM THE REAR AXLE DIFFERENTIAL .

- Release nut (1).
- Release ground cable (2) from the rear axle differential.
- Raise special tool 0 496 009 (33 5 200) using special tool 2 219 012 and support the rear axle differential.
