- Apply sealant D2 to the new cavity sealing (1).CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Sealant D2 290 ml 83425A547B9 - Insert the cavity sealing (1) into the new part.
- Apply sealant onto the cavity sealing in the area (2).
- Install the new part using an alignment bracket or a universal fixture and secure it.
Weld the new part in the areas (1) and (2) according to the new part preparation process.
- Weld the new part in the areas (1) and (2) according to the new part preparation process.
- MAG weld the new part in the area (1).
- Install the section (1) and the reinforcement plate.
- Weld the separating cut (2), the reinforcement plate and the areas (3).
- Apply sealant onto the new cavity sealings (1).
- Install cavity sealings (1).
- Apply sealant onto the cavity sealings (1).
- Install the new part and the reinforcement plates.
- Weld the new part and the reinforcement plates in the areas (2) and (3) according to the new part preparation process.
