Removing the gas pressure spring for hood

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE REAR LEFT .

• Observe disassembly sequence: 
  1. Push the clamp in the direction of the groove with the screwdriver
  2. Lift off the ball socket from the ball hub
  3. Push back the clamp
  4. Detach the ball socket from the ball hub
• Remove the gas pressure spring for hood (1)
