Installing the front end

• Carefully feed in the front end (2)

  In doing so, connect all connectors and fasten the wiring harness to the front end

• Mount the expanding rivets (1)

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side
• Tighten the screws (1)
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Front bumper bracket to engine mount
  Hexagon screw with flange Replace screw	Tightening torque	100 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	180°

• Replace screws (2)

• Tighten the screws (2)

  Rear top cross connection to wheel arch carrier support
  M10x20 screw Replace screw	Joining torque	56 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	90°

• Tighten down screw (1)
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Reinforcement strut to rear cross connection
  Hexagon screw M10x35	Tightening torque	56 Nm

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side
• Install the cooler module mount (1) and engage it at the detents (2)

• Position Bowden cable bracket (2) together with the Bowden cables and hook Bowden cable (1)

• Clip the Bowden cable bracket (1) into the body
• Close lid (2) and engage it into snap-in lugs (3)
