Installing auxiliary coolant pump for the exhaust turbocharger

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Non-visible damage to the coolant pump .
Forcibly removing, installing or dropping the coolant pump down will damage it .

Remove and install the coolant pump without damaging it and without applying external force.
Avoid impacts/knocks to the coolant pump (e.g. by tools, falling down, hard contact with base).
Replace coolant pump after being dropped or hard impacts/knocks.

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

Position the auxiliary coolant pump (2) .
Connect and lock coolant line (1) .
The coolant line (1) must audibly engage.

Feed in and install the retainer (2) in the marked area.

Tighten nut (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Auxiliary coolant pump holder to cylinder head
M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect connectors (3) and lock.
The connector (3) must engage audibly.
Connect and lock the coolant line (4) .
The coolant line (4) must audibly engage.
