Remounting the electric auxiliary heater (heating and air-conditioning unit removed)

Precondition
- Heating and air-conditioning unit removed.
Removing the blower for the heating and air-conditioning unit
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connection (1) from the blower motor (2).
- Loosen screws (3).
- Pull of the cable clip (4) from the housing of the blower motor (2).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Guide out the hose (2) from the housing of the blower motor (3).
- Remove the housing of the blower motor (3).
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Loosen screws (2).
- Remove the electric auxiliary heater (4) from the heating and air-conditioning unit (3).
- Correctly position the electric auxiliary heater (4) and push it into the heating and air-conditioning unit (3).
- Connect connectors (1) and lock.
- Tighten screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Install the blower for the heating and air-conditioning unit
- Position the housing of the blower motor (3).
- Tighten down screw (1).

- Feed in the hose (2) at the housing of the blower motor (3).
- Connect and lock plug connection (1) of the blower motor (2).
- Tighten down screws (3).

- Secure the cable clip (4) on the housing of the blower motor (2).
