Installing the engine oil cooler

• Replace the sealing rings (1) from the lines (2).

  Parts:  Sealing ring

• Guide in the engine oil cooler (1) in the arrow direction and install it.

• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Engine oil cooler on bumper bracket
  M6X25	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Connect lines (3).
• Tighten the nuts (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Lines on engine oil cooler
  Nut M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Line clip on engine oil cooler
  Screw	Tightening torque	4.5 Nm

• Replace the rivet (1).

  Parts:  Rivet

• Install and rivet the damper (2).
