Emptying expansion tank

Preliminary work
- Refer to CARRYING OUT THE BRAKE FLUID CHANGE SERVICE FUNCTION .
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT THE REAR LEFT .
- Open sealing cap (1).
- Start the brake fluid change service function.
- Work through the instructions in the service function in sequence .
- Connect the vent hose with the collecting vessel to the bleed valve (1) on rear right brake caliper.
- Open bleed valve (1).
- Brake fluid leaks out until the lowest level of the brake fluid level sensor in the expansion tank has been reached.
- Close bleed valve.
