Lifting the vehicle using a vehicle lift with running rails

- Observe Owner's Manual for vehicle hoist.
- Do not exceed the approved load-carrying capacity and weight distribution of the vehicle lift.
- Depending on the load situation of the vehicle: Perform weight compensation, particularly during removal of heavy components, e.g. engine.
- Make sure the vehicle lift complies with the relevant statutory or country specific accident prevention provision and is serviced according to the regulations.
- Observe the instructions of the repair instructions when positioning the swivel arms.

- Slowly drive onto the ramp of the vehicle lift with running rails.
The lower edge (1) of the bumper cover must not get damaged.
- Slowly drive onto the running rails of the vehicle lift.
The lower edge (1) of the rocker panel cover must not get damaged.
- Drive the vehicle onto the running rails of the vehicle lift so that it is centered and park it.
- Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling.
- Raise vehicle.
