Installing the wheel bearing

- Clean the contact surfaces (2) of the wheel bearing (1) and swivel bearing.
The contact surfaces must be clean and free from grease.
- Position the wheel bearing (1) on the wheel carrier.
- Replace the spherical-collar screws (1).
Parts: Spherical-collar screw
- Tighten the spherical-collar screws (1) with the special tool 2 472 903 .
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

| M12 Replace spherical collar screws. Tighten the spherical-collar screws in crosswise sequence. The tightening sequence must be followed strictly and carried out on all spherical-collar screws at the same time! |
