Installing the radial shaft seal for the output flange (all-wheel drive vehicle) (GA8HP75Z, GA8HP76Z, GA8HP75HZ, GA8HP95Z)

Damage to the transmission .
Damage to the transmission due to unapproved transmission oil .
Damage to the transmission .
Damage to the transmission due to unapproved transmission oil .
- Use only the approved transmission oil.
- Check the transmission oil level after completing the repair.
- Oil the sealing lip of the radial shaft seal with transmission oil.
- Strike in the radial shaft seal with the special tool 0 494 651 (23 3 220) up to the stop .

- Position the connecting support (3) on the rear of the tunnel.
- Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES
Rear connecting support tunnel to body M8x30 Snug torque

90° - Tighten screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUES
Undershield Hexagon screw tightening torque 2.6Nm Plastic nut tightening torque 2.6Nm
