Replacing upper oil sump section

Loosen screws (1) .
Remove the heat shield (2) .

Loosen screw (1) .
Remove the hydraulic valve (3) for the oil pressure control.
Loosen oil pressure switch (2) .
Remove the oil pressure switch (2) .

Loosen screws (1) .
Remove the bearing bracket (2) .
Replace the upper oil sump section.
Parts: Upper oil sump section

Replace the sealing ring (1) on the bearing bracket.
Parts: Sealing ring
Coat sealing ring (1) with transmission oil.

Position the bearing bracket (2) .

Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

3earing bracket to engine oil pan.
M8	tightening torque	19 Nm

Position the oil pressure switch (2) .

Tighten oil pressure switch (2) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Oil pressure switch
Joining torque	15 Nm
Angle of rotation	16°

Position the hydraulic valve (3) for the oil pressure control.

Tighten down screw (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Hydraulic valve for oil pressure control
M6x18 screw	Tightening torque	8.6 Nm

Position heat shield (2) .
Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

heat shield
M6x16 screw	Tightening torque	8 Nm
